John Allinson - Managing Director B.Design (Industrial), P.Cert (Comm)
John Allinson was brought into the Express Rx team specifically to take over as Managing Director. He has lead the systems architecture, design, technical development and commercialisation of the Bluepoint® System since development work commenced in June 2004. Mr Allinson has worked with stakeholders in Australia and the UK to confirm the companies strategy and ensure that the company is structured to deliver. Mr. Allinson offers the company management, commercialisation and technical product development experience which fits closely with the needs of Express Rx.
He has worked as a branding and new product development consultant, business manager and director with start-up, Small to Medium Enterprise’s (SME’s) and Multi National Corporation’s (MNC’s) both in Australia and internationally. Mr. Allinson returned to Australia in early 2003 after 8 years based in Singapore, working mainly for US Corporations. Prior to returning to Melbourne he was the General Manager of Solectron Technical Centre, Singapore, OEM Product Development Manager of Patria Design and Group General Manager, Inventure Development Corp. responsible for operations in the US and Singapore.
